A gentle flowing movement class for all who care for a person on the autism spectrum.

Tai Chi Qigong is suitable for anyone as it can be performed within the individual’s comfortable range of movement. It can help support the body’s natural tendency to return to balance and equilibrium while also gently creating strength, flexibility and balance in the muscles and joints through gentle flowing movements.
