With a focus on community and coming back to your body after birth, Uh-Huh Mummy gives you time to recharge, deeply connect with your child, and meet other likeminded mums.
Uh-Huh Mummy is designed so that your baby can join too. Our babies are little sponges, absorbing everything we say and do - there is no better way to teach your child self-care and mindfulness, other than to practice these things yourself. This is the perfect opportunity to meet other mums around you, with the encouragement to connect and find your tribe. I craved this as a new mum, and it has become my mission to this opportunity to others.
Uh-Huh Mummy focuses on;
